Think Blue

In this episode, Melo recaps the previous week as the Dodgers handle business against the Braves and Padres. Next he discusses the ugly series loss in Arizona against the Diamondbacks. He then previews the upcoming home stand as the Tigers and San Francisco Giants come into town. Lastly, Melo shows Cody Bellinger some love as he was named National League player of the week for April 18-24! 

In this Episode, Melo talks about the Dodgers taking care of the Cincinnati Reds in a four game sweep. Also he previews the upcoming week for the boys in blue as they face off against the Atlanta Braves and the San Diego Padres. 

In this episode, the Dodgers start their 2022 regular season in Colorado against the Rockies and Melo breaks what happen in the series. Next he talks about the two game series against the Minnesota Twins including a perfect start from Clayton Kershaw. He gives his take on the Dave Roberts decision to pull Kershaw after 7 perfect innings. He also looks at the upcoming home stand as the Cincinnati Reds and Atlanta Braves come to town. Lastly, Melo shares his next best thing he saw from the Dodgers this past week. 

In this episode, Melo talks about the trade between the Dodgers and White Sox that sent A.J. Pollock to Chicago, and Craig Kimbrel to Los Angeles. It may not be a popular trade but Melo explains why he likes the trade. He also discusses the Dodgers return to Southern California as it's the final tuneup against the Angels before the real deal. Walker Buehler is the 2022 Opening Day starter and Melo couldn't be happier for him and lastly, he talks about the passing of Tommy Davis who was a three time World Series Champion with the Los Angeles Dodgers. 

In this episode, Melo reacts to the 3-year extension the Dodgers gave to Dave Roberts. Unfortunately, even though it is spring training Cody Bellinger has looked awful at the plate and Melo gives his thoughts on the slow start. He also touches upon Matt Beaty getting traded to the San Diego Padres and what that does for San Diego, and that Dodger fan who got the tattoo on his arm. Next, he reacts to Albert Pujols coming home to where it all started in St. Louis with the Cardinals, and lastly, Melo tells you about his favorite Dodger moment of the week!

Also, he talks about Freddie Freeman coming home to the Dodgers and what does for the starting lineup in 2022. Next, he touches on Clayton Kershaw returning and he wants to see out of him. Lastly, he talks about some of the guys they lost in free agency like Kenley Jansen and Corey Seager.
