I didn't pay much attention to email marketing during the first couple of years of my business. I would occasionally send emails to our small mailing list, and we weren't making any sales through them. However, by the end of Q1 2021, I decided to take action, and we managed to increase our open rate by 50%, multiply our click-through rate and start monetising.
