Once again, just like when you work somewhere for a long time and then you change careers to somewhere completely different and you drive in your car and you find yourself automatically coming to the old job and then you wake up and realize what the heck am I doing? I have broken up with her and run away from this narc more times than I can count in the last 11 months and still I feel brainwashed and automatically compelled to connect with the guy who is just doing everything in his power to destroy my life mentally give me your advice help me get out of this mess.!
I notice that it takes me four hours to fall asleep for real with this phone anywhere near me in bed. Where is a decade ago I could fall asleep in less than 20 minutes tonight I’m going to put it on the dresser facedown it’s still gonna be on in case there’s some sort of an emergency, but I’m not gonna sleep with it tonight let’s see how that goes.
