This is therapy for the streets, join these three guys as they explore topics that men generally shy away from, mental health, substance addiction, views on women and men, unlearning their own bad habits. Each episode covers an off the beaten track topic exploring what it means to be a man in these times, we discuss our crutches and our strengths in an effort to start a conversation.
