Speaking as a 911 dispatcher, in the recording the caller was actually on par with a lot of our unfocused and hysterical callers. The depiction of the dispatcher was a little unrealistic, though.

First of all, there is no Tom Day Oregon. There is a John Day Oregon. I just listened to the "city manager say he was from Tom Day?"

I've never laughed so hard in my life! I mean I couldn't breath at one point. Jimmy, "yeah I said it!" and so many more moments like, "say every word I say or this isn't gonna work!" but I don't want to say anymore because it will spoil it for others.
