What a great podcast. Had me laughing so hard at times. I love how it is fully aware of its lampooning nature of the crime genre. I loved how it also parodied two of my favorite Podcasts. “Reply All”. And “Ear Hustle”. When the actor tried to mimic PJ’s laugh, I couldn’t stop laughing. Yet at times it was fully aware of the somber nature of the genre they are spoofing and also knew how to accurately point out the brokenness of our Justice system. And some sobering thoughts on the journalistic nature to assume endings that are not how the story turns out. Thank you so much for this lovely podcast. Truly a Gem. Thank you for your hard work. It payed off splendidly.

I thought this was true until I read the comments. But then I’ve been watching 90 Day Fiancé, so it’s not much different in terms of credibility.

I'm blown away. This is the greatest story I've heard by far I think. The audio and dramatization makes it better than reading out of a book. However, I'm mildly upset I wasn't actually listening to a real psychopath! I always wondered what they are like. He was convincing though!

Season one was fantastic. Season two is meh. But I’ll keep listening. Contrary to what many others think, the fact that it’s fiction actually compels me even more because it seemingly takes even more work to make it so realistic.

is the whole purpose of the pod cast to craft compelling fiction? from the very beginning I was thinking to myself this is amazing this is hilarious no way this cannot be real. as the story is very gripping the way it's presented I started searching for Jimmy Klein for Tom day Oregon for the missing woman etc and found nothing literally nothing on Google.... started to wonder. admittedly I'm a bit deflated by the reality that this is fictitious just wondering is that really the stated purpose of this podcast?

Dan Goldsmith hehe. that's what i thought in the first season. until it turned into a point of laugh out funny. then i was like this is all fake. it's so good though. can't find anything that match this show with the same idea.

This show is incredible and inspiring on so many levels. Wonderful production value, and so engaging. Perhaps I just like obscure, twisted content, but it's so much more than that. Every episode has me literally on the edge of my seat with anticipation. There is so much juiciness wrapped up in it and the editing is superb. Bravo!
