I will not listen to the "female" athlete pod Sony keeps pushing. There are only 2 options xx or xy (boy or girl) if you wanted to compete in women's sports then you need to be a woman. Period.
always loved past Kings and Queens like Elizabeth Woodville and Edward the forth, also the Tudors. I think this podcast is brilliant, I always want to learn more about different kings and Queens that make up our history.

I am loving the bite-size chapters as well as the storytelling. The contemporary allusions to modern day arts and culture, and jokes make the story more relatable. A great way to learn / review history. Also, I find Dan's voice quite soothing and relaxing. 'This is History' has become one of my favourite podcasts, so THANK YOU!
excellent history podcast.. way too many ads..
this is a must listen.
I am blown away. Incredible podcast.
Sensational stories with no depth- bubblegum history

this is 18 minutes long with 9 minutes aff adds. I couldn't be more disappointed. unfortunately I will unsub. I was really looking forward to this.
Thank you sir. we will learn it from you.
love this. Give the show a go if stories from history turned into digestible entertaining chunks sound like your thing.
The worst Dan Jones. Short overly commercialised breadcrumbs of an otherwise absolute great story. Won't subscribe.
loving the podcast. Very entertaining!
Big up Bury St Ed's, my home town!
Love this podcast, great narration and story.
I'm glad I've found this ☺ podcast.
