Piaget's theory different from the others in a number of ways, namely as it relates to children, not all students. Then it focuses more on development, rather than self-study, so it does not discuss learning certain information or behavior. As well as proposing separate stages of development, characterized by qualitative differences, rather than a gradual increase in the number and complexity of behavior, concepts, ideas, etc.
