2019-06-2902:22:24

This week, we finally talk about one of the biggest movies of the year (and possibly all time), Avengers: Endgame! This episode features special guest Ian Wallace of Amalga-Mania, in which he tells us his favorite and not so favorite moments of Endgame, his thoughts on the future of the MCU, and what the amazing group of nerds that form Amalga-Mania have planned next.
WARNING! THIS EPISODE CONTAINS SPOILERS FOR AVENGERS: ENDGAME! IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN IT, WAIT UNTIL YOU HAVE TO LISTEN TO IT! For those that have, here is our episode we recorded from a couple weeks ago at Charlie Con, held at 2nd and Charles in Hagerstown, MD with special guest, Ian Wallace of Amalga-Mania! We even have some conversations with Matt Burns, former coordinator of Four State Comic-Con and current actor from Bigfoot! and The Devil's Den, and Josh Burkey of podcast and suicide outreach group, Victims and Villains!

This week, we discuss season 3 and the cancellation of Marvel's Daredevil t.v. show! Last week to everyone's surprise (including the executive producers of the show), Netflix cancelled Marvel's Daredevil. Daredevil was, in most people's opinion, the best Marvel show on Netflix. So much so, it was rated #4 in the most popular shows on the streaming service. Netflix cancelled the show for reasons that aren't entirely known by the general public. When the cancellations of Iron Fist and Luke Cage came around, there were rumors of them and the other shows getting moved to Disney +. That changed, however, last week after people assumed the same was happening with Daredevil, but Disney debunked that theory, yet they're said this isn't the last we've seen of Matt Murdock. So, what does this mean? Are they doing a Marvel +? Are they joining Phase 4 in the MCU? I'm sure we'll find out one day, maybe, but for now, sit back, enjoy the episode, and let us know what you think! Music by: 7n9ne5seven "The Wayz" (Soundcloud, ReverbNation)
Yesterday, the world suffered a tragic loss. Stan Lee died at the age of 95 after creating and building so many worlds that many of us hold dear. With creations like the X-Men, Spider-Man, Iron-Man, the Hulk, the Fantastic Four, and so many others, Stan Lee became an icon that will live on for generations. Today, we discuss how this man affected us and how he played a part in who we are today. If not for this man, Those Not So Super Dudes would probably not even exist. We owe Stan everything. Today and every day to come, we celebrate the amazing artist, the invincible innovator, the mighty motivator, the ridiculously super Stan Lee, whose weapon wasn't a magic hammer or have powers that were thunder-based, but all he needed was a pencil, a creative mind, and a powerful imagination. The man. The myth. The legend. Rest easy, Stan and thank you for everything. Excelsior. Music by: Pine Moon "Better Spirits" (Spotify)
This week, we discussed Sony's Venom movie a month after it's release, what we thought about it, and what it could mean for the future of Sony's "Venomverse". Also, listen to Alec's reaction after he hears of Mark Ruffalo's "firing" from the MCU! Created by author, illustrator, and publisher Dan Nokes, we're given a different side of the story of the well-known myth that is Area 51. With a well-balanced mix of humor, action, romance, and drama, this story gives a look into The Last Pit Stop, a one-stop-shop for all members of the galaxy (except for humans) and the lives of the people who work in it.
