The forest is quiet save for a single blackbird who's call echoes through the trees. While this sound may be enjoyed on its own, it may be best enjoyed in the mixer with your other favorite sounds.
While many skiers have returned to their cabins and chalets for food and warmth, the dedicated remain. The surrounding hill is quiet and peaceful except for the sound of passing skiers scraping as the carve past, the hiss and rumble of snow machines, and the mechanical whirr of the chairlift above.
The clouds above darken the already moody scene at a windy ocean pier. Waves crash against the stony walls of the wharf while a flag ruffles and flaps in the breeze and a harbor bell chimes from a distance.
The sound of a kookaburra's laughing call can be divisive. Some find it a comfort of home, others find it a nuisance. The kookaburra often calls at dusk and dawn but sometimes sings (or rather laughs) well into the night. With a superstition being that calls during the night mean a coming rain. Enjoy the sounds of crickets, frogs, wind, and the laughing kookaburra on a warm Australian night.
Blankets of rain fall gently onto a grassy field. The steady rain creates a steady hush as the droplets nearby fall onto the wet earth and grass with a watery detail that makes this sound a perfect soothing background.
Dark has overtaken an Australian forest and like clockwork the crickets and owls come out, chirping and hooting. As the night passes a gentle breeze stirs the eucalyptus leaves in the canopy above.
Along the sides of the cobbled streets in Ollantaytambo the Incan aqueducts still flow. The water babbles past and echoes between the stone walls with soothing fluidity.
A strenuous hike on a winding switchback finally opens to a spectacular view from a Nepalese mountain peak. Resting at the top, the sounds of wind and a flapping string of traditional Nepalese flags complete the awesome scene.

This is another sound that I owe at least one peaceful nap to.
Uncannily realistic.
Absolute classic. This sound will block out almost anything, and it's not jarring to listen to. Brown noise is a real go-to for noisy environments, for me.
It's a nice sound, but again, hardly different from many of the other 'waves' sounds.
I mean, it's calming, but it doesn't sound all that different from a lot of the others.

This one really does what it says on the tin. For me, it's the most sleep-inducing sound on the entire app.
Dude: wrong country; wrong geographical feature. The Alps aren't in Sweden and they don't 'babble', typically. Google the Alps and make your corrections accordingly. A mistake like this could lead a person to become very cynical about what you are presenting these recordings to be.
