In this video, I share my personal testimony of how God helped me overcome depression, shame, and trauma. Losing my dad was one of the most difficult experiences of my life, and it left me feeling lost and alone. But through prayer, faith, and getting deeper with Christ, I was able to find hope and healing. If you or someone you know is struggling with depression or trauma, I hope my story can inspire you to trust in God's plan and find the strength to overcome.

Dating has shown me so much about myself. Mostly how far I've come but more recently, how far I have to go. Because of this I've taken a break to realign myself with self and Christ so that I can enter into my next experience even better.

When people hurt and offend you, it can be a struggle to get past the anger to a place of forgiveness. I recently had 2 experiences that showed me that grace is truly the key to humanizing the people who hurt you and letting the hurt go. As a Christian and someone who has benefitted from grace, it's the least we can do for others.
Release the anger and make room for peace❤️
