Historian Katja Hoyer is a German living in England. Journalist Oliver Moody is a Brit living in Berlin.

Being neither British nor German but loving and living both cultures, I can only say: we, Poles, seem to be thy missing link between the two 😂 A tad more direct than Brits but less blunt than Germans, we have English sense of humour but wish we could in fact be as respectfully solemn as our direct Western neighbours because that seems to take them a bit further than our tendency to laugh. Great podcast, guys!
