What is up guys and welcome back to TT. Today I welcome back my good friends Annie and Dakota of Throttled Out. Annie and Dakota are two incredible human beings who just love cars and love sharing cars. On today's episode, I'm at their house in Prescott and discuss the 911 GT3 in particular Annie's 991.2 GT3 which we took for a rip hours before we recorded. We explain the differences between the .2 and the 992, where the new NSX Type S fits in, and what the best enthusiast style pick up truck for Dakota is. And how we land on it just probably being a Powerstroke Super Duty Ford. It's a fantastic episode and it is always the best time with my good friends and yours, Annie and Dakota. Enthusiasts don't gate keep and they damn sure will never die.
What is going on everyone and welcome back to TT. This week, we are joined by two amazing guests who are an awesome father daughter duo, Nyla and James Kramer aka Art Vandelay. Very well known here in the PHX car community for being very integrated into the community, sharing their love for car culture and having some insanely cool pieces in their collection. This week we talk of course the infamous One-77, Nyla's love for the C63 507 edition and where she got her massive love for JDM, James' upcoming 993 Guntherwerks Turbo build and as the title suggests, going back to the cars that make us giggle. Huge thanks to James and Nyla for having me in their home and spending time with me and I hope you all enjoy this episode. Enthusiasts never die!
We are back baby!!!!! Season 3! I can't believe it, happy 2024. I hope you all enjoyed the holidays. It was a nice break. But we are back. This week, I catch up with my bro Austin Smith (Summit.Auto). We have a conversation discussing what makes the MC12 so much cooler than an Enzo, his dream collaboration with the Cadillac racing team, his thoughts on European car culture after spending several weeks there, what he wants to do differently with his content in 2024 and so much more. It was a fantastic conversation with this young man who I call a friend. He's creative, he does things with love, he adores car culture and at the end of it all, is just a car person like you and me. Please give Austin a follow on IG @summit.auto, @austindouglassmith and his car page which is @summit.m8c. Enjoy this first episode of the new year and remember, enthusiasts never die.
Hey everyone and welcome back to TT. It has been a few weeks. I hope you are all well. Papa Tarmac was on vacay for a few weeks but I am back and I brought Ron with me. Before I left on vacation, we recorded our first Engineering Enigmas special and the first we talked about was the infamous DeltaWing. It was a crazy idea back in 2010 and the backstory is incredibly interesting. Take a listen and let us know what other weird race cars you would like for us to discuss in future episodes. It is great to be back. Enthusiasts never die!
Hey everyone and welcome back to TT. This week, we are joined by the excellent Jalopy Jeff. He is one hell of a content creator as his Tik Tok car reviews are always on point, giving out excellent educational bits about some of the best cars on the planet. He tells us how he got started, what he has learned along the way, why he loves the Cobra R and the R32 GTR and so much more. If you aren't following Jeff, you should. Go check him out on most social media platforms under its_jalopy_jeff. Please note, we had a sound issue where the audio was recorded from the AirPods instead of the phone so it will sound a little bit different than usual. This was an accident and will make sure it does not happen going forward. Thanks and please enjoy Jalopy Jeff on TT. Enthusiasts never die!
Yo what is going on everyone and welcome back to TT. We have a really special guest this week as I am joined by automotive content creator and genius on all things vintage Ferrari....Colleen Sheehan. Colleen and her Dad are the owners and operators of Ferraris Online, a dealership in Orange County that specializes in vintage Ferraris and other vintage Italian cars. On this episode we discuss how she got into cars and how she has been able to move the needle for the dealership and become the face of the franchise. Plus, going to the Miami Grand Prix thanks to Pirelli and the million dollar question, why Ferrari over Lamborghini? However at the end of the day, it is about paying our respects to the car culture that preceded what we love today, and it AWESOME to see Colleen waving that flag loud and proud. It is our pleasure to have her on the pod this week. Big shout out to Keys to the Jungle for setting this up. Please subscribe to the Ferraris Online YouTube channel and you can follow Colleen on IG at @colleen365gtb4c and the dealership can be found @ferrarisonline. Enthusiasts never die!
