Description

Stories of women who chose their own way.

Through conversations and reflections, Travel HER explores the choices that shape women’s lives. From travelling solo and moving abroad to changing careers, leaving relationships, starting over, and everything in between.

Because sometimes making a move means booking a one-way ticket. Sometimes it means walking away, starting again, or simply choosing a life that feels more like your own.

Travel HER is for women figuring it out, changing direction, and creating their own path.

Aala grew up believing that travelling alone was something women simply did not do. At ten, she could only imagine the places she read about in books. She never imagined she would eventually build a life abroad. From studying in Manchester to living in Egypt, Spain, Dubai, and Saudi Arabia, Aala gradually learned to make choices for herself, even when her family did not understand them. Her first solo experience in Spain also taught her how to handle loneliness, boredom, and unfamiliar surroundings on her own.In this episode of TravelHER, Aala talks about breaking away from family expectations, learning to enjoy her own company, and making decisions before fear and overthinking take over.Follow Travel HER on instagram
