Madison Brodsky is an entertainment journalist with over 20,000 devoted followers across her social media platforms. The inspiring red carpet correspondent is a force both on-camera and off, but her stunning success wasn’t necessarily an easy path. The small town girl started her career without a single “in” into the industry, but her love affair with the glamor of Hollywood motivated her to achieve her one in a million dream.Ever since Madison was a little girl, she always loved entertainment news. Award shows quickly became her Super Bowl, and she looked forward to getting cozy in her pajamas to watch each and every red carpet with her favorite pair of dazzling toddler heels to pretend she was interviewing whichever celebrity stepped onto her make believe stage, where a TV was conveniently placed. It may sound naive, but at that point in time, Madison didn’t realize she could actually make television for a living. The job description just seemed too good to be true; so whenever an adult asked her what she wanted to be when she grew up, Madison always replied, “Anything that would give me the time to volunteer to hear celebrities’ stories at various red carpets.” Once Madison realized she could get paid for such a career choice, she went to the University of Arizona and double majored in journalism and film and TV.In an effort to be as well-rounded as possible, Madison completed 12 internships throughout her three years at her University. Those experiences, in addition to her former position at TMZ and Entertainment Tonight, led her to become one of the most sought after red carpet correspondents in today’s crowded industry. Madison excels at interviewing the stars during mega-events and she’s no stranger to breaking Hollywood scoop, all while having fun with A-list celebrities, who consider her a professional friend.Check out FranBridge Consulting for premier non-food franchise opportunities: travischappell.com/franbridgeOur Sponsors:* Check out Kinsta: https://kinsta.com* Check out Mint Mobile: https://mintmobile.com/tmf* Check out Sparrow: https://usesparrow.com/travis* Check out Trust & Will: https://trustandwill.com/TRAVISAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy

Samantha Harte has had her share of heartbreak. Now fourteen years sober, she has suffered through her mother’s mental illness; betrayal by partners; the loss of her sister, friends, and father; multiple miscarriages; and her addiction to drugs and alcohol. Desperate for a path through the pain, she was forced to confront the hardwiring toward perfectionism that kept her sick and embrace the rewiring required to truly recover and heal.Through her medical practice, Samantha came to realize that, whether we’re addicted or not, we all suffer from some degree of soul sickness. We navigate love and loss throughout our lives with little or no guidance, often fumbling our way through with self-sabotaging behaviors. Despite her initial resistance to the well-known Twelve Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous, Samantha eventually reimagined them so that they worked in her own life. In the process, she discovered that the spiritual concepts in each step have universal application and can help people learn new ways of navigating adversity—not just addiction. In this book, she shows you how you, too, can change your life with the power of these steps.Check out FranBridge Consulting for premier non-food franchise opportunities: travischappell.com/franbridgeOur Sponsors:* Check out Kinsta: https://kinsta.com* Check out Mint Mobile: https://mintmobile.com/tmf* Check out Sparrow: https://usesparrow.com/travis* Check out Trust & Will: https://trustandwill.com/TRAVISAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy

Hi Travis! I love your podcast. I am a Realtor and am always seeking ways on how to improve my ability to serve my clients to the highest degree. Like Jordan, I am currently building my business brick by brick - with the exception this is the first time I am building a business - and have realized that there are key elements, such as networking, that in the long term makes or breaks a business. This segment was fantastic as it dawned on me that interviewing skills are just as crucial in your industry as for mine. Approaching anyone with the intention to build a relationship takes interviewing skills - I have never heard it put that way before. Perhaps a significant part of this skill is about being interested in the person, not interesting. I also loved Jordan's acronym of Always Be Giving! Thanks for providing a great resource. ~ Shelby
