In this episode, we'll talk with Giulio Rancadore about his sports psychology & mental health wisdom and his journeys with his racing and marathoning. Giulio began his marathon journey in 2020, inspired by a general love of sports and skill for running. Since that initial race, he continued to polish his skills and smashed his PRs over 3 races, and even qualified for Boston. Sophie began running around London, and later moved to the UK Peak District, and enjoys running in the boggy wilderness. Sophie has run many of the UK's most challenging ultra-races/routes in the past 4 years, including the Dragon's Back Race, the Montane Winter Spine, and a FKT achievement on the Scottish National Trail.
