The trade deadline of 2019 has come and gone, and it was a doozy. We're talking all the trades that happened and didn't happen. They're young, and Giannis is emerging as one of the league's stars of the next decade. But what's the next step? Is this team ready for the addition of a solidified star? Should they wait and see how

BBR is back! We catch up on the news that has come up over the past couple weeks, and we start off with Derrick Rose taking a break from the Cavs and maybe basketball for good. We don't really know what else there is to say about Rose. From MVP to minimum contract level player, it's been a career that no one else could've imagined at the top of his game. We follow that up with the news that the Memphis Grizzlies fired David Fizdale as head coach, a move that stunned many across the league. All of the team's issues point to other sources, so why did Fizdale take the fall? Where does Memphis go from here? The next tragedy we talk about is the Clippers. Blake Griffin is out for 2 months, Patrick Beverly is out for the year, and the rest of the team is also up and down. The post-Lob City era is not off to a good start. This may be time to trade DeAndre Jordan, too. Then we give our updates for the Spurs and Rockets. Tony Parker is back and LaMarcus Aldridge is still playing at an all-star
