This is no ordinary garage: it’s a rabbit hole of true crime, with a generous supply of alcohol and banter to lighten the load. From international atrocities to heinous stories on (US) home turf, dive head-first into a different case each week, and enjoy a cold one whilst your there.

The Starved Rock Murders /// Part 3 /// 738Part 3 of 3www.TrueCrimeGarage.comIn 1960 three women were brutally beaten to death in the canyon of a state park in Illinois.  The Starved Rock state park was a travel destination for many.  After the murders the park became the stuff of nightmares for many.  The name Starved Rock is equally as intriguing as the homicide case itself.  It hints at both mystery and violence.  This week in the Garage we take a trip back to 1960 to discuss a case that is still making headlines today.  This was both cold blooded murder and evil so cold in the frigid snowy St. Louis canyon of the Illinois State Park. Beer of the Week - Devil’s Paint Box by Tangled Roots Brewing Company Garage Grade - 3 and 3 quarter bottle caps out of 5 Check out the Garage Sale store page and sign up for the TCG mailing list on our website www.TrueCrimeGarage.comListen to True Crime Garage "Off The Record" where TCG goes beyond the headlines and gives you the behind the story information in the cases that you want to hear about.  Now available on Apple Podcast Subscriptions and to everyone everywhere on Patreon.Follow True Crime Garage on X @TrueCrimeGarage / Follow Nic on X @TCGNIC / Follow The Captain on X @TCGCaptain

Delphi Murders: Leaks & Deception /// Part 2 /// 727 Part 2 of 2 www.TrueCrimeGarage.comOn Monday, February 13th, 2017 @ 2:07PM, 14 year old Liberty German posted a picture of her best friend 13 year old Abigail Williams to snap chat.  The photo of Abigail shows the youngster walking across the Monon High Bridge located in a rural part of Carroll County, Indiana.  The two girls were not heard from again after that.  Sadly the next day, the girls bodies were found about a half mile or so away from the bridge.  It was quickly ruled a double homicide and the search for the killer or killers started in Carroll County and then spread across the nation.  On October 31st  2022, the Indiana State Police announced that local Carrol County, Indiana resident Richard Allen had been charged with two counts of murder in the case.  He has pleaded not guilty to the charges of murder.  The twists and turns continue in this case.  There’s been questions of the suspect’s sanity and safety, the introduction of a cult ritualistic murders theory, suspected corruption within Indiana’s correctional facilities, and leaked murder scene photographs.  This week we bring everyone up to speed about the on going Delphi Murders case. Beer of the Week - Bourbon County Brand Bananas Foster from Goose Island Beer Company Garage Grade - 5 out of 5 bottle caps Follow True Crime Garage on X @TrueCrimeGarage / Follow Nic on X @TCGNIC / Follow The Captain on X @TCGCaptain Listen to True Crime Garage Off The Record where TCG breaks all of the rules and get NASTY, NASTY and sometimes even more NASTY!!!  Now available on Apple Podcast Subscriptions and to everyone everywhere on Patreon.

As a compulsive garage listener, I gotta say that this 2-parter has been one of the best that the fellas have done. Even though it's an unsolved rape and murder, it was a really compelling pair of episodes because of the really thorough research and access to elements of the case materials. Hats off to the Captain and the Colonel 🎩
