Enjoying the podcast. A thought on the increased visibility of suicide. It's because it was conventional to cover them up. If people knew it was death by suicide, police investigated, clergy wouldn't bury the body or do funeral or rites, family was blamed and shunned, etc.. So they hid it - lied on the death certificates and told no one.
