Description

People spend their whole lives looking for love. Sarah Franklin has spent her whole life watching people find love on reality television. For years, she has taken the journey with millions of other Bachelor fans as they've watched smart, educated women take shots at love with handsome, wealthy, quintessential family men stocked with 401K's. Now they watch as a gaggle of eligible singles fall for a person with the most Instagram followers. Since then, Bachelor Nation has formed. We are the resistance. Just kidding, WE LIVE FOR IT.

Happy Paradise Finale!! And congratulations to our newest couples. TTBP is truly rooting for you and wishes you the best. With that said, please only ever eat on plates from this point moving forward. BFF-of-the-pod, Connie, had to join to wrap up the season. We have to be honest when we say we're glad it's ending, mostly because our tans are gone and all of these hot people on a beach are making us feel bad. However, we're grateful for the memories and will remember our time in Mexico this summer fondly. Goodbye Paradise... Also, TTBP will be taking a season off to recoup and rest up. I am so excited for Michelle's season and hope everyone will join me in watching! TTBP will be back with some more exciting news along the way!
SPOILER FOR NEXT WEEK from 18:55 to 21:55 We're nearing the end of Paradise and Katie Murphy joins TTBP this week to predict the futures of everyone on the beach! Spoiler alert, maybe only one couple ends up together. No matter what happens, we're just happy that Natasha is getting out of the house with her remaining days in Paradise. It's hard to say who will end up together and who will call it quits, but one thing that's not hard is STOP MAKING US WATCH PEOPLE EAT OFF EACH OTHER ON THIS BEACH. We're glad you guys like being sticky, but the rest of us at home don't need it! Anyway, we're rooting for you guys and we hope next week there are fewer commercials and more intimate conversations. We'll find out then!
It's week 5 in Paradise and we. are. pissed! Jk, we're not, but Becca definitely is and we're not sure why! BFF-of-the-pod, Connie comes back on to discuss the usage of female vs. woman, whether tattoos are hot or not, and Grocery Store Joe's future. We're right in the thick of it and things starting to get messy, but not even close to how messy that whipped cream date was that will never be speaking of again. Thank goodness Dr. Joe was there to help clean things up and make them better.. until he didn't. And while we're happy for our friends finding love, we can't help but miss our pal, Demi and the level of professionalism she brought to the job. We miss you girl, and we'll see you on the other side (the after show).
This week in Paradise was one for the books! Best-Friend-of-the-Pod joins TTBP this week to break down the drama and the events of Becca Kufrin's first party. There were a lot of jaw-dropping moments this week, but I think the biggest one of them all was that Alana brought just a tiny little backpack to the beach. While we love transparency in Bachelor Nation, I do believe we pulled the curtain back too far on some of these relationships ::cough cough:: Brendan and Pieper. But even in the midst of all this drama, we're not sure what's more confusing, the fact that Brendan and Pieper are still on the beach or the fact that Demi keeps getting rejected! Hopefully, answers come next week!
Another week in Paradise.. even though they've actually only been there for 5 days. And while we're all having fun, it was time for some caking throwing into the fire. Here to break down all of the drama on TTBP this week is long time listener, first time caller, Caitlin Vickery! This week was filled with new comers to stir the pot - Princess Becca, Smoke Show Chasen, some guy named Chris I've never seen in my life - and thank god, because Demi's shoulders were getting tired holding this season up! And you know who wasn't at all present to help her out? A Mr. Lance Bass. Which is fine because honestly, he's really busy and important and can do whatever he wants. Next week is bringing the fire (hopefully cake-free) where even more questions become unanswered. Does Joe leave with Kendall?? Who will Demi bring next to the Boom Boom room?! Who isn't letting Tahzjuan pee and poop?!?! Hopefully we find out next week..
Paradise is back and so is TTBP with guest Katie Murphy!! Sorry to worry anyone who thought this season may not be covered, but I would never do that to you and I would never do that to David Spade and Lance Bass. While it's a good cast this season, it is a bit concerning how level-headed and mature everyone is being. Obviously, we wish you all love and happiness, but would it kill you to get in a fight here or there along the way? With most people coupled up this early on, it will be interesting to see who else walks down those steps to stir the pot. Demi can't carry all of the drama on her shoulders this long! Someone help the girl out. No matter what happens, at least we all know one thing to be true, Tre's uncle will not be watching this season. New episodes during Paradise come out every Thursday!
Hey fam. No new episode this week, but TTBP will be covering all of Bachelor in Paradise starting next week with new episodes every Thursday. I'll see you then!
Table Flipping podcast hosts Taylor & Alyssa join TTBP for the finale this week and what a finale it was! It was a polarizing ending but whether you ended team Katie or team Greg, we can all agree on one thing - Katie's aunt is terrifying. Blake, we applaud your efforts. Of course, Katie has no regrets, but we wish she had one regret over refusing her stylist this season. Girl, it's time for some new t-shirts. Either way, she found love, and all of us shocked, but what can you do. This finale really just left us with one key takeaway.. MAKE JUSTIN THE BACHELOR! And catch @tableflippingpodcast episodes every Friday!
Okay, NOW it's Hometowns! And we still barely got any of that, but it's okay because this truly was the most dramatic episode of Katie's season. Friends-of-the-pod, Connie and Lanie, join to discuss this week's shocking ending. In a Bachelor Nation so divided, it's time to focus on the one thing we all have in a common - a dislike for Blake for no apparent reason. Though it may never be enough to bring team Katie and team Greg together, with friends like Herb, anything might be possible. We're not sure where this season is going or how it's all going to play out, but we do know one thing... Connor the Cat deserved better. Oh, and Justin was there too. Time for the finale!
Welcome to Hometowns!!!!!! Just kidding! It's actually Men Tell All, and that is not even the first lie Sarah has told this season, but more on that later. TTBP this week was so lucky to be joined by dear friends-of-the-pod, Drew and Maggie, who made us forget all about how boring MTA was and reminded us that what's really important is bromance. We also discuss how Michael A should definitely not be our next Bachelor and some potentially problematic taglines from Million Dollar Matchmaker? But none of that is even nearly as offensive as Sarah getting Andrew's profession wrong for an ENTIRE SEASON. Please respect my privacy at this time.  If you're in the St. Louis area, check out The DentaLink! www.thedentalink.com Maggie's books are available on Amazon! "Why, God?: Suffering Through Cancer into Faith" and "Skinny or Not, Here I Come: A Memoir of an Eating Disorder and Recovery Journey"
Another week, another friend-of-the-pod to help us through it! Hannah joins TTBP this episode to talk about Katie's final group of men, how often they cry, and who we think is making it until the end. Spoiler: it's probs Blake, but that doesn't stop us from loving the rest of them! RIP Andrew, we will never forget you. Luckily we'll probably see all of them in Paradise - except you, Michael A. We need you to stay perfect and that means not going to Mexico for 3 weeks with David Spade. It has also been recently announced that MORE bachelor nation peeps have written books with freakishly long titles. We're happy for you, Tyler Cameron. Anyone interested in starting a Bachelor Book Club?
Well, this week could not have been any more shocking. Friend-of-the-pod Heather drops by to talk about the men we love, the men we hate (spoiler: it's none), and what's to come the rest of Katie's season. It's been all fun and games and beautiful guys so far, but we're ready for something to explode. We love you Katie, but we need the tears!! Luckily it feels like our fence jump moment is nearing because Katie slashes half the cast, and all of America's hearts when she sends home Connor. Has anyone checked on Greg by the way? We'll find out next week!
This week, best-friend-of-the-pod, Connie, is back to talk about our beautiful Bachelorette and all of her suitors, who we actually like! Don't mess it up boys, we're not sure our hearts can actually handle it. While we're not particularly upset with anyone, we did somehow collectively and unspokenly decide that we would all be mad at whoever Aaron is annoyed within any given week. Another thing our tiny hearts can hardly bear is watching sweet, baby Michael A in any sort of pain. And apparently, neither can Greg. Has anyone checked on that guy? While it's lovely to see all of the men supporting and loving each other, it feels like the other shoe could drop any minute, and let me tell you, Bachelor Nation, we are ready for it. Bring on the tears!
This season is perfect, but... the hosts are okay, the clothes are bad, the views aren't the best. But other than that, it's all perfect! Sarah is joined by friends-of-the-pod, Connie & Lanie to reflect on how Katie's season is going so far. Do we love the men, or is it just too early to tell their true colors? How do we feel about Katie's decisiveness? What are our feelings on Blake's return? Listen now to to find out!
SPOILER ALERT AT 40:05 ABOUT BACHELOR IN PARADISE. Katie Murphy joins TTBP this week to chat about the men this season, and of course, our Bachelorette. Katie Thurston, we love you, but you need new sweaters. We also know that it's not your fault and don't worry, we're only mad at your stylist. That being said, you are an incredible Bachelorette and inspiring person!! This was a heavy episode, but didn't it just bring us all so close together? We think so too. So wrap yourself in a hug and mentally prepare, because we have a feeling this season is about to get cray.
It's the first week of dates and we're pulling out all of the classic Bachelor moves, from awkward performances to physically fighting for a women's attention - all things that make you fall in love, right? Whatever it is, it seems to be working because our Bachelorette is INTO her men! However, we are a little nervous that Katie may have pissed off her stylist somewhere down the line.. This week TTBP is joined by friend-of-the-pod, Kaitlin Bass! Have a listen to hear our thoughts on Katie and her guys, the hosts, and how great, yet terrifying it can be to wear a one-piece outfit in public.
It's a new season of the Bachelorette and a new season of the pod! We have new hosts, a new location, AND a new night one dress color?! Things are already off to a fresh start. Sarah is joined this episode by best-friend-of-the-pod, Connie, who always brings the freshest and hottest takes. Listen to find out who their top picks for the season are, which bits were not quite pulled off, and which of the men wore a woman's suit?? Welcome to a new journey!
It was a difficult season that ended with an uncomfortable, but necessary, finale. TTBP just wants to say thank you to our community and to everyone who stuck with us this season. We love you and appreciate you! And of course, thank you to Emmanuel Acho. Lets all take a much need break and we'll talk to you soon <3
As we near the end of an exhausting season, we can't help being excited for the finale. In the meantime, TTBP discusses the strange dates chosen for fantasy suite week (has Rachael even seen Ghost??) and the strange dream Sarah had about the Bachelor. Spoiler alert, she potentially just invented a new version of the show?! We also reflect on the poise that these women have had during their breakups, and the whatever the opposite of poise is that Alex and Sarah have had during theirs. Oh well, everyone seems to have turned out fine. Looking forward to this all being over next week! And make sure to checkout the Crush Fictionally podcast!
Well, it happened. Chris Harrison screen time be damned! The women told all as they addressed inter-personal drama while offering half-hearted apologies to one another. Meanwhile, we were finally subjected to the enchanting group dates that we’re never seen before! Sarah and Alex also discuss Emmanuel Acho as the future AFR host, Rachel Lindsay deleting her twitter account and Taylor Nolan’s offensive tweets.
