Varsha Rao is the CEO of Nurx, the leading telehealth company for women 18 to 50+. Nurx provides affordable access to healthcare across a range of issues from contraception, sexual health, at-home testing and migraines. Rao is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive, bringing decades of experience rapidly scaling startups and established companies with a particular interest in mission-driven companies that are able to balance growth and expansion with a strong commitment to company culture. Prior to Nurx, Rao served as COO of Clover Health where she brought operational leadership to the health insurance startup. Before Clover Health, Rao served as Airbnb’s Head of Global Operations, managing the company’s market expansion and host growth around the world. Rao also oversaw the Customer Experience and Trust & Safety teams at Airbnb, retaining Airbnb’s commitment to culture while scaling these teams as revenue grew from $200 million to $2 billion. Rao also held executive roles at Living Social and oldnavy.com. Rao was also the co-founder and co-CEO of eve.com, an online cosmetics company that successfully exited. Rao holds a B.S. in Economics and B.A. in Mathematics from the University of Pennsylvania, and earned her MBA at Harvard Business School. She sits on the Board of Directors of Viasat, a global satellite telecommunications company and lives in San Francisco with her family. 

Eric Sager is the COO of Plaid, the technology company powering the fintech ecosystem. At Plaid, Eric leads the company’s business strategy and operations as well as the go-to-market teams.Prior to Plaid, Eric served as CRO of BlueVine, where he led all revenue-related teams across the company to ensure a consistent and positive end-to-end client experience. Before BlueVine, Eric held multiple positions at Square, including Head of Sales, helping sellers of all sizes leverage Square's products and services to improve their businesses. He also led Square’s efforts to optimize the end-to-end customer lifecycle experience as the Head of Growth and Retention.Prior to Square, Eric was a Principal at Bain & Company, based in San Francisco, London, and Johannesburg focusing on companies in technology, private equity, and financial services. He began his career in financial services as a business analyst at Capital One.Eric holds an MBA from Harvard University and a BA from Mississippi College.

Adam is the GM of the Americas for GetYourGuide, the leading global marketplace for travel experiences. Before GetYourGuide, Adam held a number of leadership positions at Uber, building the New York business from startup to profitability. Bobby is the former Head of Operations at TrialSpark, a healthcare startup focused on bringing new treatments to patients faster and more efficiently by reimagining the clinical trial. Prior to TrialSpark, Bobby held a number of leadership positions at Oscar Health, including Vice President of Customer Care Strategy and Head of Sales. Bobby began his career at Bridgewater Associates.

Julia leads global operations for Starlink at SpaceX. She is a new transplant to Los Angeles after spending 7 years in San Francisco. Julia is a prolific angel investor, with investments in over 35 companies.Prior to SpaceX, Julia worked at Opendoor where she led operations teams and helped scale the company from 10 employees to 1,000+. Julia began her career at Bain & Company.
