even people who actually did kill someone normally try to say someone else did it I eat Susan Smith who said an African American man kidnapped her kids when they hijacked her car but she's the one who ran her car into the river and drowned her kids. Or the case recently of the man who said some Hispanic men kidnapped his girlfriend's daughter off the side of the road but then video surveillance shows that she was last seen days ago going into her apartment building and not leaving and that he left with a trash bag and his son but the girl was missing she's probably dead and he was probably burning or throwing away her clothes and he made up this elaborate story when he was on the way to pick up his girlfriend and he even went to the hospital for a head injury but he probably killed that little girl but even he had the wherewithal to say someone else did it so no I I would think that if Sandy was sitting all this up she would have made sure to blame it on someone else and have good detailed description of them if that was the case

First, Liz said the garage door was broken for years so that door wouldn't show forced entry. Also, if Jim went to let dogs in, the intruder or multiple people could have forced way in. Perhaps tried to get him to open safe and killed him if he didn't comply fast enough or he might have been stalling to keep them from harming Sandy. Also, if Sandy had checked Jamie's pulse... She knew her husband was dead so the cops made a big deal that Sandy didn't ask... But she didn't need to. They got this wrong. How would Sandy have ever known his brother would have come on in the house... They could have left and she'd have been stuck in a room she couldn't get out of to the point she peed and defacated on herself due to being locked up and likely unconscious after her seizure. Cops and ADA got this all wrong and misconstrued how this could have been faked. Don't buy it!

Bob, your sex appeal (which you most assuredly have a ton of!) is just a HUGE bonus after the amount of heart you put into these cases. Both of those things make you who you are and why we listen❣

Hey... So did Jim ever sit down again to go over Adnan's behavior after the 13th. I don't see him on the list again... I was really looking forward to it...

So, what is law about his age dating girl in High school? Cops met with him and the final time they see him he suddenly says he worked... At same time his time card would need to be created. Also, he didn't seem emotionally attached.... Yet says now he "loved her" after a month? I also find it curious he denied knowing she fought with Mother yet tells more info to the group. Also did he live with dad... Thought he lived with Mom. Also he felt he had to keep saying she would go to CA... Her step-dad is not a common option people want to go live with. Just saying and he mentioned her car being left at parking lot for airport... He just embellished a story the more time went on. Very sketchy.

this part of Don's story always has bothered me. if you got home from work at 7 p.m. and then that your current girlfriend who you were supposed to meet up with after 10 p.m. when she got off work is supposedly missing you don't bother to call the cops who called your house earlier and they have to reach you at 1:30 a.m. where were you Don were you burying a body perhaps?? Based on the lividity between 10 and 1 a.m. would have been a perfect time to go bury her body. he's the current boyfriend everybody's so focused on why didn't Adnan call, why didn't DON!?! plus I'm sorry but he is an adult man over the age of 20 dating a girl still in high school who at the time she went missing was still 17 was she not? I honestly feel like his mother protected him by either making up a fake employee and it generated a number and she didn't think anybody would catch it because she didn't expect for someone as smart as Susan Simpson to catch on to her or she went into an employee record that no longer work there punch them in and out that day at the Hunt Valley store and typed Don's name over it or something just to get it to print out because like Susan said there's no reason that a company like LensCrafters would have allowed an employee with their social security number to have two different employee ID numbers and if they had checked it back at the time they could have verified if that ID number belong to someone else or if it was just a randomly-generated for that one time use. this case infuriates me so much because they did such a crappy job investigating that there are answers will never get now because it was 1999. and the fact that they don't want to take anybody on Adnan side as being honest about his whereabouts so they saw him at the mosque they went over his notes that he was going to be leading prayer the following day nobody cares about that but Don could have been in the background when someone said hey Did Don owork on 13th yeah I worked on 13th okay yeah he was here how did you even know that was the manager. also I am in 2019 and just watch the HBO special of them trying to question Don about it and he made a comment about how he's been disabled and he doesn't care if anybody believes his Alibi or not at this point that he may die in 12 years or some other BS. and his pathetic I love Hae and I always will was a bunch of crap considering the detectives made a side note that said he didn't seem as into the relationship as Hae was. then the fact that he starts hitting on Debbie and talk to her for 7 hours on the phone wanting this sexual romantic relationship with her that she had to turn down. and he's not a high-school boy he was 20... Or 21 and should not have been acting so inappropriate.

Bob I got chills listening to this when you spoke about what Jay didn't say in response to your remarks. That does speak volumes to me that he did not deny and say no I only said what really happened because at this point everyone knows he can't be tried for it again he was already to complete so there's no Double Jeopardy. he can say he killed Hae all by himself and they can't do s*** to him so why is he not coming forward. if he supposedly is able to fight off his battles for himself then why doesn't he fight them why doesn't he come out and expose them for what they did they can't prosecute him they can't do anything about it and that explains why he is still afraid because if Adnan is in prison... And nothing happened to him from the supposed hit man, then it must be Urick

Ok, I can barely listen to this. A person being missing is NOT what happened here. His ex gf didn't show up after school.... He Knew they used to sneak around so he wasn't thinking she was gone for good... Thus he didn't know she was dead so INNOCENT.

When I was robbed a few years back, the robbers took my pillow case to put stuff in... so to say they didn't bring a backpack or something is ridiculous.. When the police asked me if anything else was missing that I could tell, I saw my pillow case was gone, and the officer said that's not unusual for them to take a pillow case to put stuff into. Also, they pulled the drawers open, not a one was pulled out completely.

What gets me is, they say stay in lane, if you're not a professional, then you have no say... well interesting, because neither are majority of jurors...... who determine life and death in some instances. It was extremely infuriating to listen to them say that.

I haven't listened yet. I was watching Dateline when I heard about this podcast. I want to bring this up. They claim that she hadn't had a seizure in a while. From personal experience I know stress can bring on a seizure even when you hadn't had one in a while. When you are having a seizure you can't see or hear things around you. Once you come out of it you a lot of times have no memory of anything going on around you. You will also pass out from exhaustion after because depending on what type of seizure you have your body is physically drain. I only mention it because on the Dateline interview the prosecution kept going back to that. Also stress induced seizures do not imprint on the brain. Especially if the seizure isn't a grand mal seizure.
