Episode 4, host Grant Smith, shares stories and experiences about his adoption in hopes to share the harm that can come from meaningless jokes like these. How can we find the positive/silver lining within death? 3. How do you deal/cope with death? Episode 2 captures the importance of practicing effective communication, and how we can get there through the substitution of 'but' for the word 'and' when in conversation.
