Things are getting dark—and we mean demonically dark because we’re bringing you some of our scariest listener stories. Shadow men, faceless figures, haunted houses, and demonic attachments that refuse to leave. These stories gave us chills, waves of doom, and even chest pains—and since we tend to get haunted from our scarier episodes, it’s no surprise these stories came with a heavy energy.
Stories Include:
A shadow man tied to demonology who writes it’s name on a mirror and leaves hoof prints in the snow.
A Slender Man–like figure emerges from the fog and strikes during sleep paralysis.
A haunted family home leads to years of possessions and violent attacks.
A ghost hunt goes wrong, unleashing something that still stalks one listener.
So before you hit play, set your intentions and do your ribbon wrapping (or whatever you trust to keep the vibes right)—because you’re going to want all the protection you can get.

Things are getting extra haunted because we’ve brought a collection of haunted objects into the TGOG studio for the entire month of October. This episode introduces each eerie piece, including a sorrowful bear named Boo Boo, a vessel called Lily, a haunted cat figurine, and even a 1920s shock therapy device—yikes!
Armed with GhostTube, dowsing rods, a cat ball, and our own paranormal intuition, we open the floor for communication. The energy is wild—icy chills, EMF spikes and one spirit who’d like for Corinne to leave (rude, but also kind of hilarious).
Every week in October a new object takes center stage. Buckle up—it’s spooky, chaotic, and a little bit sassy on the other side of the veil.

October is in full swing, and we’re cracking open the door to the other side!
We’ve got terrifying Ouija board tales pulled from Reddit’s darkest corners: a haunted doll harboring the sinister Tall Man, a Boy Scout camp session that unleashed something calling itself The Beast, and a pair of mischievous twins whose Ouija board session spiraled so far out of control that their mom ended up possessed.
But what’s October without costumes and curiosities? Corinne is serving sexy, brooding Edgar Allan Poe and Sabrina is dripping in blood as Carrie. Our studio is crowded with haunted objects plus our ghost cam, cat ball, and EMF reader keeping us on edge.
Will the spirits behave, or are we in for a month-long haunting?

Happy haunt season, ghouls! We’re kicking off October with a TON of paranormal evidence—ghost photos, videos and EVPs. This time, every single story comes with proof so you can see and hear the paranormal activity for yourself. Get ready for goosebumps, giggles, and the kind of evidence that makes you want to leave the lights on.
Stories Include:
At the Winchester Mystery House, a video captures a woman in white drifting past a window, complete with an EVP whispering, “I miss this house.”
A roommate’s demonic attachment makes itself known through hair pulling and an unnerving snapshot with glowing eyes.
A tour of the notoriously haunted SK Pierce Mansion ends with strange energy shifts, payment glitches, and a chilling face appearing in a window photo.
From the infamous Sally House, a recorder plays back an eerie little girl’s singing while the house was empty.
Security footage from a Pennsylvania shop shows unexplained glowing shapes floating through the room like ghostly fish.
We laughed, we screamed, and we realized ghosts might be better at selfies than we are.

Paranormal investigator Alex LeMay (Living for the Dead) invites us into her haunted world, where spirits can save lives, tease, terrify, and require firm boundaries—like being moved to the garage. She recounts being protected from an intruder by a ghost, testing her nerves in a mortuary cabinet at Waverly Hills while chatting with The Creeper, and navigating life with a collection of haunted objects that don’t always stay put.
Alongside the chills, Alex brings plenty of laughs—like the unforgettable moment she discovered a ghost with a foot fetish. With a curious and empathetic approach to the paranormal, her stories blend humor, horror, and heart.

This week we’ve got a cryptid double feature—and we’re taking our storytelling outside. At night. Surrounded by the woods. Maximum spooky camping vibes.
First, we dive into the legend of the Nuckelavee, a skinless horse-demon from Scottish folklore whose rancid breath was said to spread disease and death across the land. Then, we wade into the mystery of the Green Clawed Beast of the Ohio River, a clawed cryptid that once dragged a woman underwater, leaving behind strange scratches and an eerie green handprint.
Between chilling cryptid folklore and the dark woods around us, every snap of a twig and rustle in the night had us jumping—and you’ll feel like you were right there with us.

Curses, hexes, and haunted houses—oh my! It’s officially spooky season and we’re wading into the dark waters of family legacies, sinister spirits, and houses that seem hellbent on destroying anyone who dares to live within their walls. From generational name curses to homes that literally fall apart around their inhabitants, these listener stories remind us that sometimes bad luck isn’t random—it’s inherited, conjured, or tied to the very land beneath our feet.
Stories include:
A house so burdened with dark energy that tenants' lives devolve in tragedy, a child spirit calls for his mother, and even skeptics are driven to terror.
A family home in Mexico haunted by shadowy figures, chains dragging across the floor, and a sinister spirit that whispers into your ear.
A lifelong haunting by a spirit named George, who may have latched on so tightly he passed from one partner to another like the ultimate cursed companion.
A cursed UK home built on the ashes of a pub, where a boxer’s ghost lies bleeding and a sinister entity named Kevin taunts a listener through seizures.
So whether you believe curses are cast, inherited, or simply born from a place, these stories will have you wondering what dark energy might be following you.

High on Maine’s Mt. Katahdin, the Appalachian Trail ends in a place wrapped in mystery—and haunted by a storm spirit. Hikers whisper about sudden fog, eerie moans in the wind, and the sense of eyes watching from the Knife’s Edge ridge. The Wabanaki people know who it is: Pamola, the ancient birdlike guardian said to punish anyone who dares disrespect the mountain.
Is he a cryptid, a god, or something else? Spectral moose sightings, violent storms, and eerie winds all carry his name. And when skies turn from clear to chaos in a heartbeat, locals say it’s Pamola reminding you this isn’t just a climb—it’s sacred ground.

September means one thing: spooky season is officially here, and we’re kicking it off with haunted sleepovers and ghostly games—no flashlights allowed. Childhood dares spiral into chilling encounters, sinister figures linger long after the night ends, and sometimes it feels like the ghosts just want to play too.
Stories include:
A ghostly little girl in a white nightgown joins a basement game of hide-and-seek and sticks around for years of playful hauntings.
A listener wakes to a shadowy figure inches from her face at a sleepover, and days later, an eerie entity is spotted in the same house.
A bathroom seance and a game of Bloody Mary summons something dark.
A ‘haunted trail’ birthday game is interrupted by a girl with no legs near a cursed tree.
And to make things extra spooky, we’re joined by Cassidy and Amanda of Drinking the Koolaid, who close out the episode with their own unforgettable paranormal encounters, including a dangerous attempt at astral projection.

Welcome to Britain’s most haunted house — 30 East Drive in Pontefract — where a seemingly ordinary family home turned into a prison of nightmares. What started with mysterious puddles, floating dust clouds, and furniture that moved on its own quickly escalated into full-blown poltergeist chaos. Known by the Pritchard family as Fred, the Black Monk of Pontefract wasn’t just mischievous — it was terrifying, violent, and maybe even hungry (yes, this spirit snacked on sandwiches).
From eggs exploding mid-air to priests fleeing after failed exorcisms, the Pritchard family lived through a haunting so wild it inspired an actual horror film. But in between the chills, there are moments so bizarre they’re almost funny — like disembodied fur gloves conducting a hymn sing-along. Still, the poltergeist’s obsession with teenage Diane, culminating in a nightmarish attempt to drag her away, proved this was no harmless prankster.

Off the coast of Maine lies a bleak, windswept rock known as Boon Island. For centuries, sailors have washed ashore here only to face madness, starvation, and the unthinkable. Desperate acts of cannibalism, whispers of spectral figures, and the lonely shadow of its lighthouse keeper’s ghost make Boon Island’s history as chilling as the Atlantic waters that surround it.
In this episode, we dive into tales of survival gone horribly wrong, the tragic love story of a lighthouse keeper’s wife who may still haunt the rocky shores, and eerie encounters that make mariners swear the island is alive with restless spirits.
Join us as we uncover its cursed legacy of cannibals, curses, and one heartbreakingly heroic lady in white.

What do EDM raves, mermaids, and UFOs all have in common? Ibiza, baby. But not the kind of Ibiza you’re used to. In this episode, we dive into the paranormal paradise of Es Vedrà, a mysterious, uninhabited islet off Ibiza’s coast that’s said to be the third most magnetic place on Earth—right after the North Pole and Bermuda Triangle. We’re talking legendary sea creatures, shipwrecks, and glowing red UFOs that tail planes like something out of a sci-fi movie.
Legends claim Es Vedrà is home to seductive sirens who lure sailors to their doom, sea witches, giants and invisible dragons that protect the land from greedy visitors. Is this just folklore—or is something ancient and powerful really calling from beneath the waves?
Clubbing till 6 a.m. might sound wild, but it’s nothing compared to what’s flying over the Mediterranean at night… 🧜♀️🛸

Hidden deep in the Appalachian Trail’s misty pines, the Wapiti Shelter is more than just a rest stop—it’s a place where true crime meets ghost story. In 1981, hikers Robert “Bob” Mountford Jr. and Laura Susan “Sue” Ramsay were murdered here by a stranger they’d shared dinner with, leaving behind a haunting that hikers still talk about. Fourteen years later, their killer returned, attacking two fishermen in the very same area. They survived a harrowing escape and life threatening injuries.
The Wapiti Shelter remains steeped in eerie tales, where every creak of the trees feels like a whisper from the past. Unseen touches, phantom cries, and vanishing figures make the site a chilling reminder that sometimes the scariest thing in the woods is human.
Plus, this one is a cryptid sandwich. We start with a horrifying flesh pedestrian photo from a listener, and finish with an Appalachian cryptid listener story.

In this special episode, Whitney Way Thore (My Big Fat Fabulous Life) joins us for a Salem séance (footage included), and spills her personal supernatural encounters—equal parts spine-tingling and side-splitting.
We get into EVPs on cassette tapes, haunted dolls, unexpected spirit guests (looking at you, Peter from The Conjuring House), and some jaw-dropping psychic moments. Whitney gets real about witchcraft, manifestation, her psychic mom and how a little spooky magic can change your life. Plus, Corinne may or may not have supernaturally impregnated Whitney during the taping.
It’s a spooky, hilarious, witchy and fabulously haunted episode.
Make sure to watch My Big Fat Fabulous Life on TLC to catch Sabrina & Corinne on the show. New Episodes release Tuesdays at 9pm EST.

Step into Ballechin House, Scotland’s most haunted home—where ghostly dogs, weeping nuns, and limping specters turn this centuries-old estate into something straight out of a gothic horror movie. Ballechin House has witnessed over 300 years of mystery, death, and paranormal activity, but its true infamy began after the eccentric Major Robert Stewart vowed to return in the form of a black spaniel… and the hauntings haven’t stopped since.
But this story isn’t just about restless spirits—it’s also about a trailblazing psychical researcher who faced her own haunting in life. Ada Goodrich-Freer, known as the first celebrity ghost hunter, led one of the most ambitious paranormal investigations of the 19th century inside Ballechin House. With her scientific approach, meticulous documentation, and fearless pursuit of the unknown, Ada should have been remembered as a pioneer in her field.
Ballechin House remains one of the most terrifying and controversial hauntings in Scottish history, and at its center is a woman who inspired a generation of paranormal researchers—even if history tried to forget her.

I'm kind of new to the show. Have you done the haunted doll thing before? It was INCREDIBLY distracting & frustrating to try to listen to you while that audio is going on in the background. It made your stories choppy & not as easy to follow; kind of like watching a scary movie you want to enjoy & someone keeps pressing pause to ask you a question. It would be lovely if you could turn the haunted object chat off while you're telling your stories. Otherwise, thank you & love your show!
I cannot play this podcast! Why is that? My other subscriptions are fine tho
I have a black cat named demon, he has gotten out and I have ran around screaming "Demon!" 🤣🤣🤣
The Captain ❤️
Why are all ghosts old-timey or from the victorian era? Just once id like to hear about a hovering apparition blissfully scrolling their phone.
love these ladies, but this whole thing has been disproven by double blind tests.

First time listening to this podcast. I was so boring I almost fell sleep mowing my yard. Lady nobody care if you buy a house in marble head. Nobody care about your personal life.
it's either a Maine coon or a Savannah cat you're thinking of
