Before you listen to this episode I HIGHLY recommend going back and listening to episode number 9 titled the Interview with the Creekmores.  This episode The Guys interview Mike and Nita Creekmore , the last episode we discussed how to say no and how to establish self-care.  In this episode we are going to discuss self-care, what balancing work and family looks like, and how to remain calm during the COVID 19 pandemic.   Enjoy!
This episode Joseph Interviews his old gym teacher friend Andrew Mitts.  Joseph and Andrew worked together at the Normandy 7th and 8th Grade Center in St. Louis, MO, 2016-2017 school year.  Since then Andrew has become a full-time member of the Army National Guard and has begun a Youtube channel about exercise and fitness.  You can find his Youtube channel under Andrew Mitts Mitts Fitness.

This episode the Two Guys will be interviewing Mr. Jeremy Tate.  Mr. Tate is a Marching Band Director and science teacher in West TN.  He will be discussing what exactly putting together a marching band field show looks like, band camp, recruiting, and how he balances teaching science.  We thoroughly enjoyed this episode seeing as Mr. Tate was Joseph's band director in high school!

She is currently working to transfer from being a recruiter for the National Guard to working the Jag side of the military.  The views in this podcast do not reflect the IL National Guard, the Army National Guard, the United States Army, the Traditional Army Officer Candidate Program, or Federal Army Officer Candidate Program.
This episode Joseph discusses how he has been keeping his sanity during the COVID 19 quarantine.
This episode Garrett and Joseph interview Sergeant First Class Arnold.  He is a member of the Illinois National Guard and an instructor for the Officer Candidate Program.  We discuss how teaching future Officers and leaders in the Army is a lot like teaching students in the classroom.

This episode we have the honor and pleasure of interviewing Dr. Shaun Woodly.  He is a professor, educational consultant, writer, and even has his own podcast called Teach, Hustle, Inspire!  We were humbled and truly enjoyed this experience!
This episode is a little different, Joseph wanted to debrief the first semester by himself and just see how it would go. You could call the episode a conversation with myself if you wanted to! Joseph has always wanted to do this so since we had the extra time we figured why not! Enjoy!

Today's episode we interview Mr. Mike and Mrs. Nita Creekmore and how to not let the job of education get you stressed out.  They are huge proponents of self-care and focus on being able to say no and being okay with it!  They are two great people and I recommend following them on Instagram @bearded.school.counselor and @loveteachbless.  Please listen, share, and leave a review.
