It's not rejection itself that people fear, it is the possible consequences of rejection. Preparing to accept those consequences and viewing rejection as a learning experience that will bring you closer to success, will not only help you conquer the fear of rejection, but help you to appreciate rejection itself. When you're following your inner voice, doors tend to eventually open for you, even if they mostly slam slam at first.

Feminism doesn't exist to finish men. I raise up voice not so that I can shout, but so that those without a voice can be heard.
What mental health needs is more sunlight, more candor, and more unashamed conversation.
Perhaps if tearful little boys and girls were comforted instead of being rejected and shamed, there wouldn't be so many angry men and women struggling to empathize with emotions. Handling rejection is a skill we were never taught during our childhood, and juvenile process of aging.
