Is Up The Ris a 'fair weather' podcast? We'll let you decide as the team looks back at a week in non-league that felt like a lifetime, from exorcising the Ardley United voodoo on Tuesday night to a Bank Holiday Weekend to forget with heavy defeats to Flackwell Heath and Milton United.
