Description

Most people live in constant pursuit, chasing a life, a fantasy, or something outside themselves, so much that they forget what makes them come alive and lose sight of what truly matters. I believe true success and fulfillment come from Unbecoming: the practice of letting go of the beliefs, stories, and conditioning that keep you from the life you want.

This show is about living a brave life, stepping into bold leadership, and creating big love within yourself, your relationships, and the world. Through raw conversations, personal stories, and lessons in self-mastery, you'll learn how to strip away the noise, speak your truth, and live fully in the real and the now.

My hope is that you find something in every episode to remind you of your greatness, inspire you to have more fun, and help you show up for what, and who, matters most.

I had the most interesting conversation with my Uber driver the other day. It started with Waymo, moved into AI taking people's jobs, and eventually became a conversation about what happens when the world changes faster than we're prepared for. I think we spend so much time trying to predict what's coming next that we forget to build the thing that might matter even more: our ability to adapt when we're wrong. It made me think about comfort. Convenience. Risk. Being a beginner.. and all the little ways we build evidence that we can trust ourselves when things don't go according to plan. Because maybe confidence isn't knowing something will work out. Maybe it's just knowing you'll be okay if (or when) it doesn't. This episode is about becoming more adaptable in a world that will keep changing, whether we're ready for it or not. xx, Phoebe

I ate a steak I didn't order this week.. and somehow that turned into a very clear look at one of my own patterns. It's funny how the smallest moments can show you exactly where you're getting in your own way. This episode is about one of mine, and I think you'll probably be able to recognize yours in it too. xx P
What if confidence isn't something you need before you act, but something you earn because you acted? After watching my boyfriend's 14-year-old son win a hockey tournament, I found myself thinking about the athlete I was at his age, the decisions that eventually led me to Division I soccer, and all the work nobody saw along the way. In this episode, I explore the invisible reps behind the outcomes we celebrate, why the scoreboard is a lagging indicator, and why commitment may matter far more than confidence. We talk about how this shows up in business, health, relationships, and the parts of ourselves we may not have lost, but simply stopped giving somewhere to live. Because yes, the championship gets remembered, but the person capable of winning it was built when nobody was watching.

There are two camps selling women short right now. One is the manifestation world... which I've been part of, and still believe in, that turns vision into a substitute for execution. The other is the boss-babe world that gives women a model for burnout and call it ambition. The most effective women I know are neither. They're in the arena doing the work, bending it to fit their life because that makes them better. That's the whole differentiator. It's not a matter of intelligence, or capital, but decision making, speed of decision, and momentum. At the end, I give you 5 things you can do this week, including how to tell the difference between a decision that deserves your time (and possible agony haha) and one you should have made in 10 minutes. Plus: I'm teaching at Rise on August 18th: How to go from overwhelmed and afraid to empowered with AI. The Good Soldier

The Good Soldier

I always pictured the top of the mountain feeling different than it did. What I got was standing at the summit of the only thing I'd ever trained for, at nineteen, looking down and thinking, this is not it.. and somehow, in some strange way.. it turned out to be the most important thing that had ever happened to me. I'm bringing you into the years I spent doing everything right. This is an episode about the Good Soldier.. because maybe, like me - you followed all the rules, collected the papers, and still feel quietly certain there's more. If so, I recorded this one for you. Listen, then come find me over on Substack or Instagram for the deeper dives.
