Russell, I was missing your Stay Free show and decided to listen here. I continue to pray for you, your family, and your crew during this current situation. I'm very sorry that your being attacked like this. It's abhorrent that they're reaching way back after you've healed your traumas and addictions. You have been so transparent about your past AND your healing, awakening, and changes on all platforms. It's quite clear that they're attacking you in an effort to shut you up.

when she said "transcend," she falls in self identity. The other day, I was listening to an Orthodox christian priest who broke down about the original sin, self. When an individual replaces themself over God's will they in turn, live a life of constant denial of the world He created. This leads to other tribal mindsets that divide the community or the individual from their own higher power. To transcend is to leave all mortal realm distractions behind, which is a mortal death. Most live dead to the world around them, thinking they are awakened or "woke." A philosophical and theological debate that has been going on for eons, of what is our purpose on this Earth is for. Yes, I know atheist will attack my line of thinking because in atheist world view it is self not a higher power that guides themself.

Vegan argument There is a difference between being vegan for a personal choices such as underlying health conditions versus doing it as a social trend. My new doctor talked about how he is vegan because of his high blood pressure and diabetes. But he was surprised reviewing my liver enzymes test that I had better results than him. I pointed out that due to generational ancestry and genetics, his family line lives in cold weather climate regions that require fatty foods to survive the harsh winters. Those who live closer to the equator require less fatty foods since the weather is warmer. My personal diet is comprised of rice, beans, and low meat content. What works for one person may not work for another person. Talk to your doctor to find a nutrition plan that works with your own genetics.
