Undetermined

In a coroner’s report, the word “undetermined” is used to describe the cause or manner of death when there’s insufficient evidence to lend a more specific classification. In 2019, Jessica Easterly Durning went missing from her New Orleans home; her body was found days later, just two and a half blocks away. Her death was classified as undetermined, but due to evidence of foul play, her friends and family believe someone played a role in her suspicious disappearance. Investigative journalist Jessica Noll and former Detective Todd McComas dig deep into this unsolved case and search for answers to Jessica’s untimely death. From the team that brought you ‘To Live and Die in LA’ and ‘Culpable’, this is ‘Undetermined’.

Husband is planting seeds of doubt about wife's friend - that's why he said negative things about her despite saying he's "freaking out" himself. It's almost like he saw the friend's texts with the wife, and he's so angry with the friend that he can't help himself but to say bad things about her.

cannot listen to this podcast. Music is constant and too loud. I listened to the first episode, deleting the rest.

the placement of commercials are so terrible and cruel! right in the middle of her sister crying her eyes out in pain.

This podcast is getting weird. They hit on the reasonable doubt pretty hard throughout....yet keep on and on and on basically saying with 100% certainty that the woman was murdered, and her husband is the killer. Period. I don't get it. Very inconsistent. I'll probably finish this podcast, but only because I can't find anything else. It's been pretty shitty so far, and all I hear, honestly, are people bitching because their information is likely incomplete.......as always.

A buddy of mine's dad is an investigator. I see what this guy goes through all the time when it comes to these cases. I get to hear a lot of things that most people probably don't hear; not necessarily info that isn't supposed to be leaked, but just thier real thoughts as opposed to "our policy is to not discuss open investigations" lol. One thing that I think people need to understand is that there is a strict, carefully constructed and restricted version of the case--and then there's the "off the record" version of the facts. According to him and his colleagues, these OTR conversations, 95% of the time, will easily be able to name the guilty party without any doubt. How? Because not only are there facts about cases that aren't released, but there's also SO much context that is unknown to everyone; often, this is due to the aforementioned facts not being released. These are things that you will never hear from these investigators that "aren't doing their job." But they can't jus
