jay definitely had way more to do with this than was told I've thought from the beginning he was the killer. I'm completely appalled at the way Adnan was thrown under the bus.

waterboard Jay to get the truth, that's less torturous than his false testimony that's is continued torture on an innocent person

it's easier to falsely convict someone you have than to rightfully convict someone you have not.

so in terms of the broken ignition collar....most definstely in an attempt to steal, an amateur attemp I would think because certain cars you hotwire certain ways. some through the ignition collar and in some vehicles.... .wait for it... on the opposite side through the steering column close to the blinker bar....... I think the theory that this started as a car theft turned panic to murder is plausible. but these broken missing pieces are signs of attempted hotwire. BOOM!

I started serial in June 2018, then found you guys at Undisclosed, In the Dark, little bit of serial dynasty, and finally Missing Maura Murray. I am finally all caught up with Undisclosed. (this makes me happy and sad. I'm caught up in real time with you guys but now I have to wait for episodes. lol) Thank you for bringing all of these cases to light. I have found a passion listening and even though I have no legal background or understanding of the legal system, after listening I feel I better understand and had no idea the holes and injustice our states of America could have. it's absolutely sickening. I unfortunately knew it could happen but there seems to be no acknowledgement or understanding of guilty without reasonable doubt. these convictions have so clearly to me been made with wayy less than 100% certainty of their guilt. it's disheartening. sorry for the long comment but now that I am caught up I wanted to touch base and applaud all you for your hard work!!! As you know, it has made quite the difference for Adnon, Joey, and Dennis. 🤗🤗🤗🤗

Since Serial, I always thought Jay and Jen were screwing around behind Stephanie's back and Hae found out. Jay was worried he was gonna get snitched on, so he had to get rid of Hae. Nothing about Jay's story made any sense. Jen is the only person who can corroborate any of Jay's story because she's involved.

What the heck kind of training did the Baltimore PD get that told them making the story what it wanted and convicting innocent people is MORE IMPORTANT than justice and truth? Wow. Definitely won't be going to Baltimore ever, might get convicted of murder just for being alive.

Chelsea Rice Oh, and I wonder if the cops used the witness statement of Mr A about a suspicious black male to insinuate that Jay might be looked at as a suspect, leading him to point the finger elsewhere?

Anybody else notice the kind of snotty attitude in Jen's voice when she responds to Gutierrez? Coupled with the fact that she knows that Hae has been strangled before the police release that information, her story changes, her self admittance of disliking Hae, and her alignment with Jay makes me seriously question if she was involved.

I'm thoroughly disgusted with this entire case. I will admit after serial I was very much on the fence about adnans innocence but after hearing undisclosed podcast I have no doubt an innocent mans life has been stolen. it's deeply saddening to know how the odds were so stacked against adnan. May God set him free 🙏

What went on with the editing of this episode? At one point Susan is talking and it jumps to Robin talking about another case. Then at the end of the episode Susan is talking again and it glitches back and repeats that part.

I am so appalled by the misconduct of the police in this case. This should not be allowed and should be prosecuted to the fullest extent against them for false imprisonment, falsifying legal documents, evidence tampering and witness intimidation.

Only in the US... the death penalty is barbaric and few countries routinely (if at all) give life sentences... I'm so disgusted.
