We know that we are products of our lives, but what happens when we become the catalyst that fuels someone else to become a product? Good or bad, we are influencing everyone around us. How will they view that interaction 5, 10, or 20 years from now? Will they have risen to new heights because you had a profound positive impact on them, or will they be stuck in a negative spiral? Despite everyone having their own choices to make, we should be aware of our impact on one another and aim to ensure a positive environment for those who dwell in our company.
It's good to spend a few minutes every so often reflecting on some of our less popular decisions. This should no way be a spiral journey into depression, but time to be honest about why we did those things and how to keep from making the same mistake over and over.
It's easy to see how small little positive things make a huge impact on us. But what about small little negative things? We have an easier time forgetting that negative things have the same kind of effect on our days and lives. From tv\movies, to what we eat, everything is promoting either negative or positive. Taking stock of how much we are getting from each source, could be eye opening as to why we have bad days.
