AN ACT OF LOVE

AN ACT OF LOVE

2025-11-1301:03:25

This week is our special Veterans Day Service, where United honors our veterans who served our country. This week's message involves an illustration of the “White Table” which is a silent reminder of the soldiers who never made it home. It’s empty, yet it speaks volumes about sacrifice, longing, and hope. Pastor Rob will make reference to the passage In Acts 17:26–27, where the Apostle Paul tells us how God has placed every person, in every place and time, with purpose — so that we might seek Him and find Him. The “White Table” reminds us that while some never returned to their earthly homes, God’s desire is that every person would come home to Him. In this message, we’ll look at how even in our remembrance of loss, God’s grace is calling us closer — reminding us that He is not far from any of us.If you have any questions about this podcast or would like to share a testimony or prayer request, we would love to hear from you. In this message, “Learning to Read the Times,” Pastor Rob Hampton teaches how spiritual discernment helps us see what God is doing in our world and respond with repentance and faith before it’s too late.
In this episode we will explore Luke 12:49–53 with a message entitled The Dividing Work of Jesus. While many think of Jesus as the One who brings peace, He also declared that His coming would bring fire, division, and conflict. This week we unpack what Jesus meant by these challenging words, showing how following Him calls for total allegiance and often creates a clear line between those who accept Him and those who reject Him. Whether you're a leader, a parent, or simply overwhelmed by life's demands, this conversation will challenge you to slow down and sit at the feet of Jesus.

Are you ready?

Are you listening to the sings of the passage or the signs of the world
This week's sermon is from Luke 10:25-37. Jesus challenges His followers to “Go” - love like the Samaritan. This world is full of wounded people—some are wounded physically, others emotionally or spiritually. Some live next door. Some live on the other side of your opinions - And some you’d rather avoid altogether. Real faith, real love, doesn’t ask, “Who deserves my love?” It asks, “How can I show God’s love today?”Who is God calling you to “cross the road” for today - this week?
A KINGDOM PERSPECTIVE

A KINGDOM PERSPECTIVE

2025-06-1553:18

This week's sermon we will be in Luke 10:17-24, where we will look at the return of the 72 that Jesus had sent out. These disciples return with joy because of the success of their mission. Their perspective on their success was a little bit different then Jesus’ perspective. The events they celebrated were not necessarily the events Jesus wanted them to focus on or celebrate, so Jesus corrects their perspective.
