Brilliant discussion. I do some subbing in the lower grades in schools in the US. This is exactly what I strive for-and when I volunteer in classes, making those relationships, finding how to get different students with different needs to understand the same material, with often very different approaches, is the most rewarding thing ever. It's why third graders I helped in kindergarten still run to get hugs. And now I wanna see the proposal!
Brilliant.
