When we peel back the layers of protection, floss through to reveal your true joy within. This meditation is one of my favourites. I practice it when times are difficult when the world seems to be against me and then I pause. It ain't all bad. Tapping into the joy within, the resistance to perfection, getting things done feels so much easier. Enjoy this meditation and feel the joy bubble up.

I love this meditation. It speaks to your higher self, your ID, your true being, consciousness, the spirit. It's whatever resonates with you. I use this to ask my higher self a question when I need guidance. We have all been through so much these past few years and uncertainty has been prevalent. Asking your higher being in your Tree of Knowledge for guidance is powerful and meaningful.
Our Spine is one of the strongest structure within our entire body. It can be strong and rigid and soft and weak. It's finding the sweet spot between strength and weakness that our spine will release what it doesn't need and embrace all that it needs. This visualisation will create an image in your mind of how precious our spine is. I won't say any more, so sit back or lie down and enjoy your 7 minutes of bliss.  
This is a short mediation as part of the Corporate Wellness Ireland Mindfulness Program. Today, I share a gentle scan of your body with you. Take 8 minutes out of your working day, sit comfortably in your chair. Enjoy 
We all want to be liked by others. We want to help others. But what if you are the "Go to" person when your boss or your friend needs helping hand,, and you can't say "no". If you do say no, they will never ask you to help again.  What if you helped someone who was ill and made them some food,, but it didn't make them feel better. Not because of your food but you think that it was. You want to make them feel better so they can acknowledge you, so now you apologise profusely and then go over and above what is needed for them so they can like you. This is People Pleasing.
