I have wanted to find a Loud Mouth Brown Girl Faerie, a girl who looks like me, who speaks to the things that I speak to. The disability issues I face, the struggles I face thinking I need to be perfect for everyone. In this beautiful to me episode, Tinu inspires me to remember that just because I don't speak to people like me often enough, doesn't mean they don't exist at all.
Tinu (Tea-Nu), has inspired me, cherished me and welcomed me with open arms, and shared her journey without apology, I appreciate her for spending time with me. You can follow Tinu On Twitter, @Tinu.
Find Tinu @ Everywhere Accessible which she amazingly founded.

There are a lot of layers to mental health, and Devon has discovered that she's not fully capable of accepting that burnout comes from pushing yourself too fast and too hard when all you want to do is heal.

In this episode, Devon J Hall is discussing forgiveness. From the moment that Devon J Hall discovered Siren Saint Sin on Twitter, Devon was completely enamored. The strength it takes to be a woman who doesn't let the world's vision of who she should be, affect the ideas of who she actually is, is unmeasurable.
Women like Siren Saint Sin are rare, and when you find one, you take the time to capture as much of their time as you possibly can, so that you can learn from them. During this conversation, Devon and Siren Saint Sin talk about self-discovery, sexuality, and the journey of being a fully sexually awakened woman.

Sometimes when we get overwhelmed by various emotions, it's difficult to function. This week Devon J Hall is focusing on finding ways to battle overwhelming emotions by creating systems of organization, both emotionally and physically, that will hopefully help her relax a lot more.
It's difficult to express how you feel when you have so many triggers firing off in your brain at one time, creating systems of organization can be huge in helping you to function on a balanced daily basis. Whether that means organizing your space, you'll do what you gotta do to keep feeling better and functioning at a level that you are comfortable with.

This week I took a walk, and that was really scary because I was genuinely afraid that I wouldn't be safe out in public. It's the first walk that I've taken in a year, and is a small step of overcoming my fear, that something might happen when I leave or return to my house. Check out this episode for a great reminder that although trauma and abuse and PTSD suck, the experience that traumatized you is over, and at a certain point you have to start moving forward instead of staying in place out of fear.
