Rachele joins Lewis this week to review Dear Evan Hansen. the film adaptation of the Tony and Grammy Award-winning musical about Evan Hansen, a high school senior with Social Anxiety disorder and his journey of self-discovery and acceptance following the suicide of a fellow classmate. The team also review Resident Evil: Welcome to Racoon City, and animated jukebox musical, Sing 2.
This week Lewis and Cecilia serve up a plate of fresh cinemas releases including kitchen drama Boiling Point which centers on a chef trying to keep it together on a busy night in a London restaurant. The team also review documentary Julia which paints us a picture of chef Julia Child and her love of French cooking. But before all that, Lewis shares his thoughts on Eternals, the latest serving from the MCU.
This week, Rachele stops in for a film and TV chat with Lewis. They review World War II drama waiting for Anya, documentary Becoming Cousteau, which follows the life and career of Jacques Cousteau and chat about what they are watching on streaming.
Lewis and Cecilia dish out reviews for a selection of new films this week including documentary Palazzo Di Cozzo, the story of furniture mogul Franco Cozzo. They also review Die in a Gunfight, a modern twist on Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet and finally., they review Nicholas Cage's new film PIG.
Cecilia and Rachele review two new films. They begin with a New Zealand psychological thriller called Coming Home In The Dark, before turning their attention to Disclosure and Aussie drama gaining critical acclaim.
This week, Cecilia and Lewis review the latest from the MCU, Shang-Chi and the Legend of Ten Rings. There are also two Aussie films in the mix, including Streamline starring Levi Miller, and the shocking documentary The Bowraville Murders.
Lewis and Cecilia dissect the new Spiderman: No Way Home trailer. They also review the new Liam Neeson action flick, The Ice Road and the new Candyman film from Jordan Peele.
