I finished another race. I’m so proud of myself and…. I feel like crud!! This full moon is about letting go of judgement and inviting in balance and ease.

Everyday we get to make decisions about what we do, who we see, how we show up…. A dream life is built on these decisions being on purpose! Lately I’ve just lived in the moment instead of considering the version of me I wanted to cultivate. I always get my best ideas running…. ;-)
I got to give a little talk today that had me really get present to a secret of life. I’ll share it with you if you want to know….
I just finished a 15 mile race with a friend. It was hard…. But I’m inspired to continue to make my life filled with fun and challenge.
The New Years resolutions might be gone but it’s never too late to make a commitment to the person you want to be today.
