Really hard to take this seriously or keep listening when the interviews are rambling and incoherent thoughts. The exaggerated “accents” are ridiculous at best , and listening to the extreme effort to sound “like educated, like you know “ kills this podcast . It is a damn shame toi, considering the subject .
Who are these people being interviewed . Do they all share one brain cell ?
the background music is too loud when you listen at 3x speed
That hard typing is so distracting! I don't understand why that is necessary, when you record the conversation. Otherwise, think you for a great podcast.
The storytelling in 'Up and Vanished' is absolutely captivating! Each episode pulls you in deeper, and I can't wait to hear what happens next. The way you unravel the mysteries keeps me on the edge of my seat! https://zumvu.com/nycpackagingsolution/
Each season has gone downhill. Newest one is all over the place.
@ernest You are incorrect. In Native American culture, particularly among the Blackfeet tribe, "Heavy Runner" signifies a name that denotes strength, endurance, and resilience, often referring to a warrior or leader.
Jake’s story keeps on changing. He is confusing himself? No he’s lying and claims he can’t remember certain details. Something is off about him.
Why is Jake sniffing so much? Is he on cocaine?
I really wish you guys wouldn’t use that fake voice. It’s a distraction and it’s not scary.
flight manifests can be accessed by any flight attendant working for Alaska airlines who flies in that region. This is an internal security breach at AA which should be reported to the FAA. The airlines will know which employees would have had access to this flight info and can narrow it down from there, and the FAA (not police) should enforce this. The Alaska cops were actually right about that -- this is a federal issue, not local.

I wouldn’t trust anyone in Nome especially the cops. Nope nope nope.
I’ve been hooked on 'Up and Vanished' from the very first episode! The storytelling is top-notch, blending meticulous research with gripping narratives. The way the host delves into each case with such depth and sensitivity is truly impressive. https://sites.google.com/view/custom-paper-bag/home It’s not just a podcast; it’s an emotional journey that keeps you on the edge of your seat. Kudos to the team for their dedication and for bringing these important stories to light!
All these ppl who live in Alaska don't buy the bear stuff even if it doesn't help them or makes them look more suspicious...
That guy’s voice in the beginning is so annoying. It’s not doing the trick for me - it doesn’t sound ominous - it sounds annoying
this lady basically ruled out everything except her and Jake.... not a bear, not a suicide, no known enemies. It's either a random person did something(unlikely) or we're pretty much down to Christine/Jake and Joseph's friend who's ex he was about to marry... 🤔
So sad you can't hear any of this!
don't understand why the HD wasn't interviewed by the Cops? Doesent name any sense.
That word voice and background sound was so similar to The Last Broadcast Limited Edition on Prime - 😂
