When Up and Vanished host, Payne Lindsey, receives a tip from one of his producers about Florence Okpealuk, an Alaskan native who went missing in 2020, he is drawn to the mystery of her disappearance. As Payne begins his research, he finds an email from Okpeluk's family asking him to cover her case, and is compelled to continue. 32:48 Did the homicide investigator actually laugh at his theory? He thinks she was murdered and finds that amusing and says it so matter- of- factly. I was literally dozing off when I heard him laugh and wanted to jump through the phone and slap him.

I'm so sorry for Emily's family and their loss, but if she was experiencing psychosis and drug-induced delusions and she was last seen on a bridge...a very reasonable conclusion would be that she jumped. Recovering a body from a river seems so unlikely at this point.

Brooke in a nutshell: "I'm a victim and Bo is justified and anything he says to me is 100% true and I'm the person with all the answers. Also, I'm so empathetic that I can explain away all of Bo's actions even though I'm not empathetic enough to consider anyone else in the world other than myself and this guy I used to screw. Oh, and I solved this case myself and deserve the $100k. Did I mention I'm a victim? Hold on, let me pretend to cry so I can remind you that I'M the victim." What a joke.

Heart dropped after hearing the not guilty verdict. I truly believe the jury got it right in this. The prosecution, GBI, and everyone involved completely botched the entire investigation. And then to try Bo before Ryan making it impossible for them to ever charge him for her murder.

As someone who has ADD, the background music is seriously distracting. I also think Payne sometimes goes about a situation in the wrong way. He could have approached Rosie differently and the guy who had the supposed video. Facebook keeps your deleted messages, and if Payne had understood that, he could have figured out how to find those 'deleted ' messages.

and one more thing, you didn't go after his friends that knew him so well new Ryan the actual killer so well and be like how do you not understand that he's a killer he's an a****** he's a jerk he killed somebody how do you not understand that what's wrong with you? would you go after the girl who convinced him to turn him in for whatever reason. my guess is the $10,000 but hey she got him to turn himself in however she did it. but none of you all talk about the guys like why is he so nice to the guys that knew them both are they heard about rumors are like Bo told 1,000 people he told these people those people those people like I think the count was like seven when I last heard it and they didn't tell anybody who didn't tell anybody. but when this woman hears about it Brooke she goes and convinces him to turn himself in you guys are all corny

oh my word! I see where you get your name from now pain. it's not bad enough that we've had to listen to yourself glorify through 100 episodes most of which are skippable like somebody else said just put up for the ads but to have you go with the one woman that actually brought this to a close so self-righteously is ridiculous! you just wanted the low hanging fruit you want to Pat yourself on the back, play the hero, but the woman that actually convinced the man to go forward and explain what happened the one who actually went to the Georgia bureau of investigation you're sitting there giving her all this hassle like if people are listening to this and they want to come forward about something you're not exactly promoting that.
