WHAT a performance from England! A jubilant Chloe and delighted (but knackered) Rachel recap a brilliant night for the Lionesses who delivered when it really mattered against the Netherlands.Elsewhere, Wales suffered a tough loss to France but there were so many positives for Rhian Wilkinson’s side to draw on. We get stuck into those matches and look ahead to tonight, where we’ve got our first qualification shootout of the tournament! This episode is dedicated to Sue Klesniks, a beloved figure in both the Upfront and wider women’s football community. Yep, sadly that wasn't just a nightmare. England did lose last night. But need a bit of reassurance? We got you.Chloe and Rachel discuss everything that went down in Zurich – from that promising first 15 minutes, to France's dominance on the flanks and in midfield. What happened? And what needs to change?Plus, we discuss Wales' tough debut against the Netherlands, which included perhaps the most chaotic planned goal celebration ever, and there's confusing managerial beef in the Dutch and Danish camps...Please fill out Stak's listener survey! Love the podcast, but Luke couldn't have been more wrong about Messi. Andy nailed it on the head, especially regarding last season and how Messi stepped up like never before to drag that disjointed side to an impresisve double. Luke is basically saying that his loyalty is a detriment. Why should that count against him? Ronaldo going to Juve doesn't enhance his standing, if anything it's an easier job there with the gulf between Juve and the rest in Italy. Of course there's the culture change and different environment, but Juve is hardly a challenge. I do like Marcus' suggestion of Messi joining Aberdeen though, I'm all for that!

As an Italian I get excited, even a little aroused, when I hear Horncastle pronounce things correctly in Italian.
