This podcast was created so that people in the community can hear and also share their own stories in hopes of inspiring others. In this episode we speak to the graceful and resilient Taylor of Sistah of the Yam where we talk motherhood, herbs and getting back to the basics in relation to sustainable living. Taylor shares ways to incorporate herbs and realistic nutrition into any lifestyle in a very simplistic + doable way in hopes that folks especially mothers can experience herbs and nourishing foods for self and their loved ones. Taylor comes with a cannon of knowledge of herbs as well as a spirit that connects with folks in a familiar and comfortable way.
