Are you a fan of hauntings, vortexes, lay lines, mysterious shit and Pigman? Well this is the pod for you. Each week a new urban legend is looked at with a non-scientific rigour only seen usually at the top of government. You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll fast forward you may even fall in love (unrelated).

Feel free to email about the show if you have any theories about anything discussed, and urban legends you want us to look at, if you want any advice on etiquette or anything or have a speed boat to sell Neil. If the email is insulting I should state in advance that I have a black web hacker on retainer and I am very vindictive.

Hoia Baciu

Hoia Baciu

This week we dive into the mysterious forest of Hoia Baciu. Is this Romania's most haunted forest? UFOs, Ghosts and portals to another dimension all in the same place? Was Neil cursed by a seemingly friendly coworker? How did we manage to get through nearly the whole Pod without mentioning Dracula? Join us to explore these mysteries and email us on [email protected] with your suggestions for future episodes or just to tell us how great/awful we are. Hosted on Acast. We return to Arkansas for this week’s episode: the terrifying case of the Gowrow. Chris isn’t going to let Neil forget his mispronunciations. We learn about Ozark’s hospitality and sarcasm, discuss the golden era of TV and love of dried apples. WE discuss our theories, hazy memories of Max Headroom, protestors past and present. Email us on [email protected] to suggest an episode, say hello, or share uncomfortable personal stories with us. The Somerton Man

The Somerton Man

Dig in folks for this week’s extra-long episode. Come for legends that sprung up around the mysterious death; stay for Chris's Chandler from Friends impression, our dumb takes on modern tech, terrible Australian accents, curiously lax police investigations, proof that Neil apparently hasn’t gotten over Lost and Chris’s reviews of the hottest new PS1 games for you to play. Email us on [email protected] to suggest an episode, say hello,  or to spell out our defects in forensic detail. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
