Today we welcome Nadia Arbach to the podcast! Dive into the multifaceted world of decluttering, both in personal spaces and digital arenas. Nadia, a multi-passionate entrepreneur managing four thriving businesses—including one focused on decluttering—shares how she merges her love for organization with her entrepreneurial spirit. The conversation centers around the application of Nadia's decluttering strategies, initially developed for personal spaces, to streamline and optimize business environments. Through candid reflections, Nadia underscores the emotional and mental barriers often encountered, like sentimentality and over-accumulation, which can stall progress in both personal and professional spheres.Listeners are encouraged to reassess their attachment to digital clutter, embracing a mindset of letting go to foster growth and innovation in their endeavors. Val and Nadia emphasize the value of identifying and addressing the triggers of clutter, drawing from Nadia's seven clutter triggers framework. From unsubscribing to unnecessary emails to reevaluating long-held digital subscriptions, the episode offers practical steps to alleviate the burden of digital overload. By decluttering, not only are minds freed, but businesses are also poised for greater success. This compelling discussion assures listeners that each step taken towards decluttering—however small—is a significant stride towards a clearer, more focused future.Get to know Nadia Arbach - WebsiteI run four online businesses. I started the first one, a professional decluttering and organizing business, in 2015, and trademarked my Seven Clutter Triggers framework in 2021. But I let that business and another business slide for more than two years. In early 2024 I dusted everything off, decided to revive both businesses, and ended up opening two more new businesses during the year!I've always been a multi-passionate person with more ideas than I knew what to do with. That's idea clutter! So I had to learn how to pare it down so that I didn't have too much work to manage, and so that I didn't spiral into overwhelm from having massive amounts of ideas and not enough time to do them all.Luckily, Val was instrumental in making me see that I didn't have to keep my four businesses in silos. I actually could apply my own Seven Clutter Triggers framework to my own businesses and declutter what I no longer needed. And more importantly, I could help others apply this framework to their businesses, too!The great thing about the Seven Clutter Triggers framework is that it works for both business and personal decluttering - because it's all about mindset. I LOVE helping people understand HOW and WHY clutter accumulates for them, because it's always a mixture of two or three different clutter triggers that have become habits and behaviours. And when you know your own habits and can recognize them, that makes it much easier to change them!Sharing my way of approaching clutter is what I love doing most. It will be a pleasure to talk about any or all of the Seven Clutter Triggers so that listeners can learn how to recognize where they can make changes that will help them run their businesses with more ease.Connect with Val:InstagramCollaboration HQ communityFacebookWays you can collaborate with Val:Collaborate & Growa...
