Reinventing the wheel In the early 1990s, the US military did case studies and various ideas. Stress cards, co-ed basic training, slow integration females in forward support MOS, ending hazing traditions, physical fitness programs. 25 years later, those who were once a young lieutenant or private are now key leaders.
