Welkom bij Vechel Fantasy. Op dit kanaal kun je terecht voor DnDutch (een Nederlandstalige uitleg voor Dungeons & Dragons 5e), (educatieve) DnD voor kinderen, live play sessies en nog veel meer. Vechel Fantasy zijn de activiteiten op het gebied van spel en schrijven van mij, Rick Vechel. Ik schrijf verhalen en maak tabletop avonturen met allerlei extra’s voor o.a. het bordspel Dungeons and Dragons* (DnD) voor allerlei leeftijden.

We vullen dit zomer programma met afwisselende verhalen, spelers én spelleiders! Pol sluit dit zomerprogramma af voordat we verder gaan met ons avontuur. Dave zal ons als het goed is al een stukje inleiden zodat we makkelijker in het zadel zitten, maar Pol gaat zorgen dat we nog één tof succes behalen (toch ;) ?) alvorens we terug gaan naar de Vast Swamp!

Terug in Kirinwood. Terug naar de veiligheid... het normale leven. Maar de vraag is: kunnen onze avonturiers dat wel? Kijk bijvoorbeeld naar Skogens en Fynn. Skogens leeft met vragen. Fynn moet continu aandacht geven om die Netherese magie in toom te houden.

De groep is aangekomen in de Last Refuge. Er is VEEL mis; Shar lijkt nooit weggeweest. De duistere magie is bijna tastbaar. De groept loopt rond in de ruïne terwijl de machten nu op oorlogspad zijn. Dé uitgelezen kans om te duiken in wat hier speelt. En een (succesvolle) test van een digitale speler!

De groep heeft een stam met gezegende lizardfolk gevonden: beschermd (of zelfs afgeschermd?) door Sylvanus. En nu geloven ze dat onze avonturiers uit Kirinwood de redders van de Vast Swamp zullen zijn. Gaat de groep dit waar kunnen maken? Op naar de Lost Refuge om daar achter te komen.

De zomer is gestart, spelers gaan her en der met vakantie dus... tijd voor wat afwisseling! Vandaag trotseren we de hitte buiten en gaan we in-game aan de slag met het vangen van boeven :D . De spelers hebben de volgende informatie vooraf gekregen voor hun personage te maken: "Jullie zijn enkele undercover agenten. Maandenlang hebben jullie gewerkt aan een operatie om enkele boeven te vangen. En vanavond als het goed is op heterdaad - tijdens een deal waar jullie aanwezig zullen zijn. De afgelopen maanden hebben jullie hard gewerkt om de organisatie te infiltreren. Vertrouwen winnen. Alles moet leiden tot dit moment. Een á twee van jullie zullen letterlijk met de deal betrokken zijn, naast 'El Guapo'. De anderen zullen verdekt op afstand staan voor als het mis gaat."

Vandaag is het tijd voor de Talkers to the Trees (Sprekers tot de Bomen). Astran is al een tijdje aan het kijken hoe zijn afkomst en werk zich verhoudt tot zijn passie voor het woud. En Tel is nu weer even thuis na een HELE andere kant van leven en dood. Tijd om even te aarden. Skogens vindt immers zijn oude routine weer en Fynn zorgt dat Indrus een plek vindt.
