It is alien to us as born-again christians. We are filled with the holy Spirit of God and His fruits as Galatians 5:22 states are love, joy, peace, kindness, goodness faithfulness etcThat’s our currency and as Jesus Says in Matthew 1235 that a good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good things, and An evil man out of the evil treasure brings forth evil things, the Holy Spirit is our treasure in our earthen vessels and we must speak or pay from him. We are indebted if we pay from evil and we know very well that the wages of sin is death Secondly God says in Hebrews 10:30 vengeance is mine, leave room for his wrath, when people are sowing reviling and in doing evil against You, do not join them. Sow your good by blessing them and wait for God’s vindication. It is hard to overlook and let go but it is worth trusting and letting God fight your battles, he will set your table in the very presence of your enemies.
