Bake for 10-15 minutes until light brown and cooked through. Let cool. Cream together cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, and dill weed. Spread over cooled crust and top with veggies. Cut into squares and refrigerate any leftovers (but if you make it right, there won't be any leftovers).
