Hi, I’m Finola, and if you don’t know- my podcast was previously called ‘Voice Note Chats’…however, I’m looking to re design this and hopefully change the name in future too! So grab a coffee, or elderflower cordial, (like me) and enjoy me chatting about nothing (but enjoying doing) so for 15 minutes! 🙈
Today, I chat about my negative view on my body, why it’s impossible to avoid social media comparisons and how I’m going to get fitter using this podcast platform…

I’m in a different location this time! I filmed this whilst on holiday near The Lake District and had more to say than I thought.. so enjoy! I chat about self care tips, jobs & mindfulness!
