Brain dump journaling works for some people but I needed something to push my journaling deeper. Ultimately, using a coaching framework with open-ended and future-facing questions is what made rethink everything. Additional coaching questions: Who do you want to be when you wake up each day? Who do you want to be in X situation? What am I realizing about this? What needs to change to support X goal? Where do I draw the line? Where do I find peace? When will I speak up about your feelings? When do I feel most confident? Why is this important? Why not? How does this impact you? How can I use this information to make a change?
