From 'Play Tessie' (subscribe here): Days have passed for Gordo, Sammy, and Pat to give more thought to the Red Sox acquiring Willson Contreras from the Cardinals. How will Contreras perform at Fenway Park this season and what's causing the initial negative feelings from the fellas about the deal? Then, Contreras takes up a spot at first base and designated hitter meaning things might be a little murky for Triston Casas and Masataka Yoshida. And, making another deal with St. Louis for Brendan Donovan would seem like a big mistake considering the fit and the price it'll take. Hey dumb dumbs.. the Patriots didn't "stick with" Antonio brown only to suddenly get put over the edge by text messages. All the other stuff he did wasn't on the Patriots watch. The texts were on Kraft's watch AND he was warned. That's why they canned his punk ass. He knew the rules.
